We provide maximum care for compliance with our legislation to visitors, suppliers, service providers, their employees/authorized persons, and other third parties.   • Image and Voice Recordings: Closed-circuit camera system recordings of your visit to MEDINGLOBE,
  • Communication Records: Voice call recordings kept when contacting our Call Center,
  • Browsing information obtained during the use of our website and mobile application, IP address, browser information, and medical documents, surveys, form information, and location data transmitted with your consent.

Purpose of Processing Your Personal Data

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • To purchase products and services offered to you by MEDINGLOBE and benefit from these products and services,
  • Identification and verification,
  • Protection of public health, preventive medicine, medical diagnosis, treatment and care services, planning and management of health services financing,

  • Sharing information requested by private insurance companies for financing your health services, covering your examination, diagnosis, and treatment expenses, suitability inquiries, and health services financing,
  • Analyzing the use of health services and storing your health data to enhance and improve the services, responding to your questions or complaints related to our services,
  • Conducting patient relations management processes,
  • Performing financial, accounting, and invoicing processes,
  • Tracking request/complaint processes,
  • Ensuring physical space security,
  • Conducting logistic activities,

  • Informing about developments in the healthcare institution, new treatment methods, service areas to be provided, opening information, and similar matters,

In addition to the situations mentioned above, with your consent, your personal data may be processed to inform you about developments in the healthcare institution, new treatment methods, service areas to be provided, opening information, and similar matters. Within this scope, the mentioned data is not processed without the explicit consent of the person concerned, provided that adequate measures determined by the Board are taken. However, other special qualified personal data excluding data related to health and sexual life can be processed without the explicit consent of the data subject in cases foreseen in the laws. Your personal data can be transferred to MEDINGLOBE’s partners-business partners, relatives/legal representatives of patients, public and/or private legal entities where the patient is an employee/insured, private health insurance companies, laboratories, in accordance with the conditions of personal data transfer stated in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law No. 6698, and with the condition of taking adequate and effective measures specified in the legislation; other third parties within the scope of the service provided, or authorized public institutions and organizations as required by the relevant legislation.

Method of Collecting Your Personal Data and Legal Basis

Your personal data is collected through records transferred via the internet or call center channels, printed forms, or surveys filled out in physical environments, appointment scheduling, invoices, waybills, various documents, contracts submitted to the Company, medical tests, examinations, and measurements conducted by the Company, documents received in communication with contracted institutions or doctors, or other individuals. MEDINGLOBE collects personal data through employee palm readers and security cameras.

Your Personal Data will be processed within the scope of the legal bases specified in Article 5 of the Law No. 6698, in terms of compliance with legal obligations, performing contracts, or fulfilling mandatory legitimate interests.
